1. Sponsor
Sponsor: Barebells Functional Foods Canada Ltd., c/o 13468 Beach Ave., Marina del Rey, CA 90292 and SharkNinja, Inc., 89A Street, Suite 100, Needham, MA 02494 (each a “Sponsor” and collectively, the “Sponsors”). Barebells Functional Foods Canada Ltd. may also be referred to as the “Administrator”.
2. Promotion Period
Begins May 29, 2026, 12:01 time, ET and ends June 12, 2026, 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Canada, except as set forth in these rules (the “Rules”), who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory when the Promotion Period begins. Corporate accounts, employees, officers, directors, agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family/household members are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. This Giveaway is void where prohibited.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter via Administator’s official Instagram by following the entry instructions provided in Administator’s promotional posts on that platform (the “Social Media Platform”).
Entry limit: 1 entry per person on Instagram. Any attempt to obtain more entries than stated (including use of automated systems, bots, multiple identities, etc.) may result in disqualification.
5. Prize(s) and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
Prize(s): based on Instagram: One (1) winner shall win
- One (1) Ninja Swirl by CREAMI Soft Serve & Ice Cream Machine – $449.99 CAD
- Two (2) 12-count boxes of Barebells Camp S’mores – $108.98 CAD
Total ARV: $CAD 558.97 No substitution, cash transfer, or assignment except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize (or portion) of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable. Barebells Functional Foods Canada Ltd. is solely responsible for the Barebells prize listed above. SharkNinja Inc is solely responsible for the Ninja prize listed above.
6. Winner Selection; Odds; Notification
On or about June 15, 2026, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received on Instagram where the Giveaway has been communicated by the Administrator Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified by such person’s social media handle on the applicable Social Media Platform.
As a condition of being declared a winner, each selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by the Sponsor or its designated agent. In the event that a selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, they will be disqualified and will forfeit all rights to the prize, and another entrant may be selected in accordance with these Rules.
When requested, and except where prohibited by law, potential winner(s) must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, which (collectively, “Required Documentation”) in the form provided by Administrator within five (5) business days of attempted notification as a condition of receiving a prize. The Required Documentation must be completed, signed, and returned to Sponsor within the time period specified by the Administrator, or the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected, time permitting. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely respond, is ineligible, or does not comply with these Rules, they may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, winner AGREES, CONSENTS TO, AND grants EACH Sponsor and its RESPECTIVE designees the right to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, social media handle(s), photograph, likeness, voice, and/or statements regarding the Giveaway for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed without additional compensation. This includes, without limitation, posting the winner’s name AND SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLES on Sponsor’s website and social media channels, issuing press releases, and featuring winner’S NAME, LIKENESS, AND VOICE in EACH SPONSOR’S marketing materials. our use of such information is subject to applicable law.
8. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, provincial, and local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated as awarded, if applicable. Winners should consult their own tax advisors.
9. General Conditions
No Sponsor is responsible for: late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected entries; technical failures; human error; or any other errors of any kind. Sponsor may disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Rules. Administrator reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Administrator’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, consistent with applicable law.
10. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless EACH Sponsor, THEIR RESPECTIVE affiliated companies, advertising agencies, brand ambassadors, and to the extent applicable, their respective employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability, claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or related to such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded pursuant to such Giveaway.
