Can I change my order? 
We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been received.
My order is being shipped to the wrong address, what can I do?

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically dispatched within two business days from the date they are placed.
When will I receive my order?
All our items are dispatched from our warehouse in Ontario. We utilize expedited shipping to minimize delivery times; however, we cannot guarantee reduced delivery times for all shipping zones.
Where do you ship?
We are able to ship to any location in Canada, with the exception of PO Box addresses.
Do you offer returns on purchases from retail locations?
We do not offer returns on items that are purchased from retail locations. We recommend reaching out to the retailer.
What are your terms of sale?

What payment method can I use?
Our Website accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Cards will be charged when the order is placed.
I am located outside of Canada, can I still buy products from this site?
Purchases made on this website can only be delivered within Canada. If you are located elsewhere and are looking to buy Barebells products, please go to our international site www.barebells.com and select your country for more information.
How do I make a return?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at help.ca@barebells.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Due to the nature of our products, we handle returns on a case by case basis.

Launched in 2016, Barebells Functional Foods™ offers a wide range of alternatives to snacks, breakfasts, and desserts. Barebells is an excellent source of protein that never compromise on taste.
Barebells was founded in Sweden, where we quickly gained a leading market position. Today, Barebells is available in around forty markets.
Where can I purchase Barebells clothes and/or other merchandise?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order our clothes or merch from us at this moment.

Do Barebells bars contain nuts?
Some of the Barebells bar flavors contain nuts, and the others may contain traces of nuts. Please see each product's allergen label. Our general recommendation to anyone allergic would be to avoid products that contain, or may contain, ingredients related to their allergy.
Is palm oil used in Barebells bars?
No, none of Barebells’ products contain palm oil.

The Barebells bars are made in the USA.

There are no bioengineered (BE) ingredients in our Barebells bars.

We think everyone should try Barebells protein bars because they are a delicious protein alternative! Barebells has not been developed specifically as keto-friendly bars, but please see the nutrition panel on each product’s packaging to calculate net carbs.
Are Barebells protein bars kosher?
No, Barebells protein bars are not certified kosher.
Are the Barebells bars Halal certified?
At this moment, Barebells bars in Canada are not Halal certified.
What type of collagen is used for Barebells bars?
The collagen in Barebells original bars is bovine collagen.

Shelf life varies between different products. The best before date is always printed on the packaging.

Why is protein important?
Protein is an essential nutrient. During physical activity protein turnover increases in the muscles. Very hard exercise also leads to an increase in the breakdown of muscles, and because of this the muscles need to be "repaired". Protein contributes to both the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. That's why it's important to get protein, especially when you exercise.
